ANNUAL SPORTSMAN’S DINNER 2ND DECEMBER 2016
AT CROYDON MASONIC HALL, OAKFIELD RD, CROYDON, CR02UX.
The theme for the evening will be ‘Behind the scenes at the Olympics’
With special guest speaker Tony Cottee .
Tony was an England player who during his career played for West Ham, Everton and Leicester and is now a television sports commentator.
Presenters who will be providing interesting and amusing anecdotes from the recent RIO OLYMPICS are:-
JOHN FULLER Manager for BBC Sports Outside Broadcasts, who has commentated on numerous World Cup, International Football events, Premier League matches and other sporting events worldwide, etc. etc.
STEVE WILSON is also a well known Sports commentator who, after John Motson, is the longest serving presenter of the Match of the Day programme. He has commentated on five World Cup Championship events as well as the Champions League and FA Cup Finals.
Both John and Steve were in Rio for the Olympics from start to finish and will be providing inside information never heard before!!
The event will include a gourmet 4 course meal, including wine and it is expected to be well supported, so please register your interest to secure your table.
Cost:- Tables of 10, £50 per person, individuals catered for, NON MASONS welcome.
Dress:- Dinner jackets preferred, jacket and tie acceptable.
